About the Venue

Kaomai Lanna is a unique boutique retreat space set within lush gardens and forested grounds just outside of Chiang Mai. Originally a collection of old tobacco curing barns, the property has been thoughtfully restored into a peaceful sanctuary that blends rustic architecture with nature.

Surrounded by tall trees, greenery, and quiet pathways, the space offers a calm and grounding environment, ideal for slowing down and stepping away from the pace of daily life. The design of the venue feels both natural and intentional, with open-air structures, warm materials, and spaces that invite rest, reflection, and connection.

Why Embodied Story?

Modern life isn’t designed to create space for you.
Space to listen to your body.
Space to integrate what you’ve been moving through.
Space to honestly ask yourself where you are—and where you want to go next.

Instead, it pulls you forward. Faster. Constantly.
And in that pace, something essential gets left behind:
your connection to your body, your inner rhythm, and the deeper layers of your experience.

Embodied Story is a space to return.

Through movement, breathwork, somatics, sound journeys, and relational exploration, you’re invited to slow down enough to feel what’s actually here—beneath the surface. To listen more closely. To reconnect with the parts of yourself that don’t get airtime in everyday life.

This is where real integration becomes possible.
Not just insight, but felt understanding. Not just awareness, but embodiment.

So that when you return to your life, you’re not swept back into old patterns, but grounded in something more true, more clear, and more connected.

This isn’t just a retreat.
It’s a point of resourcing. A return to yourself.

A space to fill back up. To come into deeper relationship with who you are.
To remember your own rhythm—and honor it.

Because if you don’t create that space, nothing in modern life will do it for you.

Together, we create that space.
Intentionally. With care. With depth.

So you can reset, recharge, and integrate—
and move forward with greater clarity, connection, and wholeness.
