About the Series

Finish the year strong and get in shape before the holidays!

This 6 week program is designed level up your strength, mobility, and handstand skills.

The primary goal is to build full body strength & muscle, and we will also dedicate a portion of the class towards handstand learning.

You can expect:

  • Comprehensive Physical & Joint Preparation

  • Full Body Strength Circuits (Push, Pull, Leg)

  • Joint Mobility Training

  • Handstand Practice & Development

  • Group Games & Improvisational Tasks
